Getting started

Complete your health profile and goal. Your Home screen shows today's movement and energy targets. Tap the center + to log a workout or meal, create an exercise or meal plan, change goals, or add a progress photo.

Where do I generate an exercise plan?

Tap + → Exercise plan → Generate / change plan. Choose session length, intensity and weekly movement days, then tap Generate my week offline. Select a day to view your routine. Strength and recovery days have different plans.

How does offline AI work?

AI coaching requires an initial model download of about 940 MB. Use Wi-Fi and leave sufficient free storage. Check Settings → Coach for the model status and download control. Once the model is ready, replies are generated on your device. Built-in meal and exercise planning and the journal also work without the AI model.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Use the Apple Health card in Settings or Progress, then select which data to share in Apple's permission sheet. The app reads existing steps, active calories, exercise minutes, distance, workouts and weight. It does not write to Apple Health. Empty or unshared categories can appear as a dash. Use Refresh to read again; manage permissions in Apple Health or your device settings.

Do photos calculate calories?

No. Meal photos and body-progress photos are a private visual journal. Meal calorie and protein fields are optional values that you enter from your meal plan or a food label.

How do I remove data?

Use Delete photo on a journal entry to remove the app's saved image. Deleting the photo does not reverse any nutrition already added to daily totals. Settings lets you delete the downloaded AI model or reset the health profile. Profile reset retains other saved logs and plans. To remove all local app data, delete the app in your device settings — do not choose Offload App on iOS. Manage originals in Photos and backups separately. See our data deletion page for more.
