Nutrition + Fitness does not use accounts and does not send your profile, logs, plans, or journal to our servers, so there is nothing on our side to delete.

We hold no data about you. To remove your content, open the app and use Settings to delete journal photos, remove the downloaded AI model, or reset your health profile — or simply uninstall the app, which erases everything stored on your device.

If you've contacted support

If you've previously emailed us and want that message and any attachments deleted, submit your request below with the email address you used, and we'll confirm once it's done.

This opens your email app with a pre-filled deletion request to privacy@glitchfy.com. Nothing is submitted until you send that email.

What "your data" means

Personal content you create in the app — profile, goals, nutrition and activity logs, plans, and journal photos — lives only on your device. The steps above cover both that on-device content and any record of a support conversation you've had with us.
